Can you believe it is March?! With spring approaching, it is refreshing to check in with yourself and your creative goals. One way to ring in the new season is to have a mantra for yourself. By making this your backbone for the year, you are setting it as your intention. The more you say it to yourself, the more you will believe it and therefore achieve it. A creative outlet supports your growth and joy.

Personally, my mantra is “Creation is my backbone.” With the start of the new season, my focus is on creation. I’ve realized that I will live my best life by showing up to create what’s in my heart. Expression and communication is important to me because I believe that in doing so it makes us more connected. By being more connected, we create communities and relationships that help us grow and evolve.

When I am scared to share my thoughts, when I am scared to dig deep, when I am feeling scattered or overwhelmed; I will remind myself that “Creation is my backbone.” Your creations are your contributions to the world, and I am grateful to beadle to do so and I need to honor that.

Creation is exciting, yet at the same time it can be scary to put yourself out there. And that is why I am intentionally making creation central to my year. I need to put the time and focus towards it in order to nurture it. Brainstorming, planning, and executing my goals will lead me to creation along the way. And by being dedicated —> I will make an impact, uplifting others while becoming the best version of myself.

What’s your mantra for 2019? By making it central to your creative self, you are setting this intention and will find ways to work towards it. I hope my personal example encourages you to set an intention for your own journey. Whatever mantra you choose, you can say it to yourself, print it, and write it down. This helps in affirming to yourself what you are working towards. Have fun with it – it is your zone for growth and joy!

Sending all the good vibes your way!
