Chanine Malong Art

My art is heavily inspired by Asian media, especially film and music. I think the reason for that is that there isn't really a big Asian art community where I live (or I just haven't found them yet) and so I like to help push that representation further in any way I can. I also like to show the effects technology has on today's society and I put a lot of myself in my art in terms of how I'm feeling at that moment or my identity so I hope that other people who relate can see themselves in my art as well!

About the Artist

Chanine Malong is a Filipino-American artist based in San Diego. She creates art in various mediums both physical and digital such as pen sketches, watercolor, acrylic, gouache, digital paintings, 2D/3D animations, and a little graphic design as well. She mainly brings focus to Asian media and the effects of technology on society.
