Olivia Rodrigo Supports Reproductive Rights through Fund 4 Good

As she embarked on the GUTS World Tour last month, pop artist Olivia Rodrigo announced her new global initiative, the “Fund 4 Good” (named after her hit song, “Good 4 U”), that would be coming along on tour. As she explained in a TikTok, the Fund 4 Good will “support all women, girls, and people seeking reproductive health freedom…[and] support community based nonprofits that champion things like girls’ education, support reproductive rights, and prevent gender based violence.” A portion of the proceeds from GUTS World Tour ticket sales are going toward the Fund 4 Good.

Rodrigo has been a public advocate for reproductive rights since 2022. Following the overturning of Roe v. Wade, at a June 2022 performance at Glastonbury, Rodrigo directly addressed the Supreme Court’s decision, naming the Supreme Court justices who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade and dedicating a performance of Lilly Allen’s “Fuck You” to them: “I’m devastated and terrified that so many women and so many girls are going to die because of this…This song goes out to the justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh. We hate you!”

In addition to the Fund 4 Good, Rodrigo is partnering with local organizations and partners of the National Network of Abortion Funds (NNAF) in each stop in the North American leg of her tour. Hours before she takes the stage every night, Rodrigo highlights the local organizations that will be present at that particular show on her Instagram story and provides a direct link for fans to donate to them.
