On Tuesday, March 17th 2021, six Asian women were killed in a mass shooting in Atlanta, Georgia that took eight lives in total. The shootings that occurred in three different Asian owned spas and while authorities claim that it is uncertain that the shootings were racially motivated, amidst the rise in hate crimes against Asian individuals, the connection is undeniable. Asian Americas are being targeted, harassed, attacked, and killed in Georgia and across America and we must do all that we can to end this violence. We at Overachiever hope you will stand with us and our community to condemn and take action against Asian hate.
