All of me changed ...
… like midnight
Concept and Meaning
The New Era, in all honesty, was thought up by an empowered Asian woman who listens to way too much Taylor Swift. It was a crazy idea at the cross-sections between Folklore and Midnights. It was a deep self reflection, from 1989, now, and Evermore. It was a passion burning Red to take back our name and Reputation. It was a bold vision for Lovers to become Fearless and Speak Now. And whether you even listen to Taylor Swift and get the album references or not—we’re enchanted to announce the beginnings of a New Era.
We want to create a space to reflect and be inspired by a lifetime of beautiful and painful lessons that further our personal growth and push us to explore every version of ourselves, in our own words. The New Era is about finding our voices and speaking up, learning from and letting go of heartbreak, sharing inner transformations and epiphanies, and shining brighter than the darkness surrounding us. This is a time of new and exciting things, and whichever era you are inspired by, we want you to participate in the New Era of OM.
